Meet Jennifer Graber, CEBS
Senior Vice President, Client Services, at Vālenz® Health
A champion of transparency with a passion for innovation, Jen joined Valenz with more than 25 years of leadership experience in employee benefits, health insurance, business strategy, sales, and client relations. She’s held executive positions with TrueScripts Management Services, Mercer, Meritain Health, Welltok Inc., and Blue Cross Blue Shield Nebraska. Based in Omaha, Jen earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School.
What's one word you’d use to describe the Valenz culture?
Innovative. At Valenz, we’re consistently pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in healthcare — seeking to provide creative, new solutions for clients and health plan members. Innovating to enhance the member experience is top of mind when I think about the work we do every day.
When someone asks you about working at Valenz, what do you say?
I tell people that we proactively work to connect plan members with healthcare options that improve outcomes, while also helping reduce costs. The healthcare market can be complex and confusing for consumers, so these solutions are critical for members who are trying to make well-informed decisions about their care.
How is Valenz a good fit for your passions, skills, and talents?
I have long tenure in the healthcare industry, and I’m passionate about partnering with clients to help them achieve their goals. The Valenz mindset, focusingon collaboration and innovation to drive results, aligns with my interests in proactively supporting clients.
